Our Parish Links

Hemel Catholic

Our school draws young people from the two Catholic Parishes within Hemel Hempstead.

A community of two parishes, Hemel East and Hemel West, with four churches: the Church of the Resurrection, St Mary & St Joseph, Our Lady Queen of All Creation and St Mark’s. To learn more about the Hemel Hempstead Catholic Parishes, please visit their websites: Hemel Hempstead East and Hemel Hempstead West

We are blessed to have regular visits from Fr Brian who not only leads mass for our school community and enriches us, but Fr Brian is also a member of our Governing Body.

Our Parish Priest

Fr Brian McMahon is our Parish Priest and school chaplain. He is a regular visitor to our school and celebrates the Sacraments with us, including Mass and Reconciliation. Fr Brian enjoys popping into our classes and often has school dinner with us.

Living Our Faith

Our children enjoy participation in our local parishes.  Recent examples include;

  • First Reconciliation Sacrament received in school
  • School Procession as part of the Year of Adoremus
  • Our Caritas Choir performs for parish gatherings
  • Outing to visit the artefacts in St Mary’s and St Joseph’s
  • Create artwork for parish prayer sheets
  • Support parish fundraising events
