There have been two incidents in the Hemel area involving a man in a medium-sized black car attempting to entice children into his car.
The police have been informed. Y 5 and Y 6 children have been given advice not to engage in conversation; not to move nearer the vehicle; to move away from the car; to attract attention from someone who is safe / go into a shop / make a lot of noise.
