Do you need a venue to host a meeting or small conference, run a sports club or evening class?
We have a variety of spaces to suit your needs. The Governing Body of St Cuthbert Mayne Catholic Junior School is keen to see that the premises of our school are used for the benefit of the whole community.
Rooms for business meetings, conferences or training events. It will accommodate up to 30 delegates and come fully equipped with presentation facilities and tea & coffee making facilities.
Our Halls can each accommodate up to 150 people. One is equipped with a projector, screen. and audio speakers
Outside we have a Multi Use Games Area suitable for a variety of sports and a school field.
How to book?
All applications have to be made to the school office in person, in writing (including email) or by telephone. The person making the hire application shall be responsible to the school for any infringements of hire conditions or any other points of dispute with the school.
Regular lettings will be invoiced on a half termly basis. Invoices will be sent out within the first few weeks of the start of term for immediate payment.
Hours of Opening
Facilities are normally available from 15:30 to 21:00 on week days and 8:00 to 19:00 on Saturdays and 9:00 to 17:00 on Sundays. Premises must be vacated by 15 minutes after the event.
