Leave of Absence
As a parent or carer you should complete an application for leave of absence via this online form at the earliest opportunity. On receipt of an application, the head teacher will review the attendance of the pupil throughout their time at St Cuthbert Mayne along with the specific context provided and will grant or decline the request, emailing the decision to parents via Arbor within 2 working weeks.
